Hot Lunch,After School programs, and different fundraising events are ongoing Walton PAC fundraisers run by parent volunteers. 100% of the proceeds goes towards the Walton PAC to fund items such as special events/performances, field trip transportation, music instruments and outdoor activities equipments.
On this website, parents and staff are able to order hot lunches, pay for After School activities or other events organized by the Walton PAC. Payment can be made via credit card.

Due to the high volume of the traffic on the registration day, we strongly advised all parents to create their account on the walton fundraiser website prior to the registration day to avoid any delays and losing their spots.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Registrations for the Walton After School program are final and non-refundable. Please contact the After School Program coordinators at waltonactivities@gmail.com if you are submitting an order by mistake.
WAIVER FORM: MUST be submitted within 48 hours of registration or your child will be automatically withdrawn and a fee of $5 will be charged. Waiver form is available at https://forms.gle/vcCfNwkpQ4enAmV79
ABSENCES: It is the parents responsibility to remind their children(s) of their enrollment and participation in the after school program. On the day of the program, all registered children(s) must gather at the gym after the bell rings and report to the volunteer. Walton PAC, program instructors, and school don't have the capabilities to search school premises for any unaccounted children(s). All absences must be submitted by 2PM on the day of the program via https://forms.gle/m7cwtA2HiTM5bE817
PICK-UP: Please pick up your child on time and from the room the after school activity program is held. After school program finishes promptly (4:15pm for sports and 4:30pm for other programs). Parents are required to notify the instructor if they are unable to arrive on time. We will keep a record of families who are repeatedly late in picking up their child (over 10 minutes late). If a family has picked up their child late 3 or more times, they won’t be able to register for an after school activity in the future term.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
We are seeking parent volunteers to take attendance for our programs. The volunteer time will be from 2:30 - 3PM. Without parent volunteers, we won't be able to offer and run the program successfully. Thank you for volunteering your time. We are seeking 2 parent volunteers each day. This year, PAC will organize hot lunch on the FIRST and THIRD Thursday of every school month. We will also have frozen yogurt for order at every event.
